Caelum Mountain LLC was formed in New Mexico in 2024 by engineers who spent a decade inside enterprise IT and fintech infrastructure. We watched too many businesses get burned by vague scopes, surprise invoices, and subcontractors they never met — so we built the firm we wished existed.

Fixed-scope projects: a 50% deposit is due upfront, before any work commences — it secures your slot in our production schedule. Each accepted milestone is then invoiced individually. Retainers are billed on the first of each month. Consulting is billed monthly in arrears. All invoices are Net-15 via ACH/wire, business check, or a PayPal/Stripe payment link.

Every milestone includes a review-and-acceptance window with a defined change-control process. You only approve and pay for work that meets the written acceptance criteria. Unresolved disputes are handled per our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
